A Home Saved, a Passion Shared
In 1970, Bob and Martha Seamans purchased Ocean View's oldest surviving home — a circa-1857 landmark on the brink of demolition. Over eight painstaking years, they brought it back to life, preserving a piece of 19th-century architecture for the town.
That restored home became the first gallery of Antique Prints, Inc. — a business born from Bob and Martha's love of collecting antique prints and maps. They opened their treasures to serious collectors and the casually curious alike, earning a respected name in the print and map world that endures today.
Since 2005, the gallery has been owned by their daughter Kerry — whose background includes Sotheby’s and the Metropolitan Museum of Art — and her husband, Brandon Case, a University of Delaware business graduate. Together they’ve weathered a great deal and grown the studio from about 60 custom frames a year to more than 600 — raising the caliber of every print and map they offer right alongside it.

The Founding

The Next Generation

A World-Class Collection
Under Brandon and Kerry, the studio has grown from about 60 custom frames a year to more than 600 — and lifted the caliber of every print and map it offers right alongside it. The collection now exceeds 300,000 pieces, with roughly 60,000 on display in Ocean View and at Lewes Mercantile Antiques in Lewes, backed by Brandon's 25+ years at the framing bench.
